McKinley is our little princess around here. She adores her male cousins, and doesn't really like hanging out at Grammie's much because she knows the "BOYS" and her auntie Jenn are upstairs! In this picture she is playing with her favorite toy...it plays music.
And now for a picture with Grammie. McKinley thinking, "why does she always do that?"
This is my cute little planter found at a garage sale, and Jim bought me a Martha Washington Geranium to put in it...the color is never quite the same in a picture, it seems. This geranium is a deep color...a dark red (wine) with lighter edges. It is so so beautiful.
This little red critter, we think, is a spider mite. It is about the size of a pin head...I have NO idea how Jim managed to spot it, but when he saw the bright color against the dirt, he called me outside with my camera...then we had to call the grandsons out to see it...it was so tiny and red!
